Our menstrual cycles are made up of four main phases, each connected to an archetypal energy that reflects distinct aspects of the feminine self.

• 🌹 Our sacred bleeding - menstrual phase - aligns with the archetype of the Wise Woman, or Shamana - one who can travel between the worlds and dimensions, recieve visions, deep introspection and inner guidance. At this time the energetic field of the womb is very open and expanded and the viel between the worlds thinner enabeling us to use the deep gifts of our heightened sensetivity.

• 🌹 Our pre-ovulation - follicular phase - embodies the Maiden energy, marked by creativity, new beginnings, and renewal. Dream-like, fresh, tentative she emerges from the underworlds with new idea and seeds to harvest.

• 🌹 Our ovulation - blossoming phase - brings in the energy of the Mother, the Queen, the creatoress, representing creation, energy nurturing, and vibrant connection with others. Fertility.

  
  

• 🌹 Finally, our luteal - underworld phase - reflects the energy of the Wild Woman, Warrioress or/ & Priestess, a time for entering into the shadowy realm of the underworld, where the unconscious is revealed, and raw truth desires to be expressed, a time for fiery expression, personal power, reflection on our truths and boundaries, authenticty and shadow alchemy.

As we become more familiar with and learn to embody these fluid archetypes within us, we step into the fullness of our feminine essence - the Goddess - who embodies all aspects of us unified. We awaken the unique gifts each phase offers us.

This deep connection with our own inner medicine allows us to flow with the rhythms of creation, teaching us how to weave the wisdom of our bodies into creating fertile and colourful, fully expressed and lived lives. And it become an ever-deepening embodied spiritual practice, one that is rooted fully in our actual here and now lives, in our humanness and the potential and purpose we each have inside of us. Each phase is a gateway to unlocking more of our divine feminine potential.

This retreat, led by two expert practitioners, will focus on all the different aspects and dimensions of your womb from physical to spiritual :

Womb health, healing self-care, womb massage, emotional and energetic clearing of blockages and traumas in your womb, cycle medicine and sacred archetypes and ecstatic feminine awakening practices.

You’ll experience powerful practices for womb healing, awakening, and embodiment—all designed to clear stored trauma, activate your feminine energy, and awaken your divine potential. This retreat will be an immersive journey into the sacred mysteries of the feminine, nurturing your entire being while deepening your connection to your body and spirit.
