ABOUT ME

My work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply embodied. Each session I offer, whether massage or somatic, is guided by the innate wisdom of the body, meeting you exactly where you are and allowing what wants to unfold to do so in its own time.

I work trauma-informed and with great care, creating a space where you can soften, arrive, and feel safely held. Sessions are always unique, they may be simple and subtle, or unexpectedly mystical and profound - always led by your own system rather than a prescribed outcome.
​
With over 16 years of embodied practice, my role is not to impose change, but to listen - attuning to what your body is already communicating and supporting its natural intelligence to emerge.

I am still moved by the incredible & often suprising beauty of sessions, and the way people are aw-ed by reconnecting to something sacred within themselves.
All of my work is consecrated and in service to the highest form of Love in existence.

A Few Words About My Path

All of this work has grown from years of listening
- to my own body, to nature, others bodies, and to the quiet, often mystical, intelligence that exists in us beneath words.
My path has been shaped through much lived experience, intuitive practice, and ongoing training both Western and Eastern.
All, that honour a deep respect for the body as a source of wisdom. A doorway to the Soul.

I am devoted to a life & work that is soulful and real - work that honours tenderness, moves at the pace of the nervous system, and allows the mystical to arise gently & naturally, rather than being sought or forced.

What continues to touch me is witnessing how the body reveals its truth when met with patient honour, kindness, and presence. Again and again, I see how an inner unveiling unfolds not through effort, but through being deeply listened to.
