Kundalini Activation Sessions are a path into sublime Surrender. Unlike more will-full practices such as breathwork, yoga, plant medicine and tantra that seek to stimulate Kundalini through activity and effort, these sessions are an invitation into deep surrender and a melting into the existence of what IS.
This is a beautiful and much needed feminine practice in itself, but these Kundalini Activation sessions will support you in activating your dormant potential of life force energy and allowing it to live through you and change your life.

What Does a 1:1 Session Look Like?

Surrender
The session begins before before you arrive. I tune into your unique energy field and consecrate the session to Goddess and to your highest good. I then surrender myself and allow Goddess to guide me in creating the music to be used for your unique transmission.
The wisdom of this ancient energy knows exactly how to guide you, and each and every session may be a completely different experience for you, or it may take you on a specific healing journey -whatever is needed for you to live as your fullest expression of potential.
As a facilitator I act as tuning fork for Her energy.
You will be lying down, music will be played. Your eyes will be closed. The session will last for 1 hour.
I might touch or focus on certain chakra / energy points on your body. During the session there is nothing you actively need to do. Your ability to surrender and simply allow the energy to become activated in your system; to allow it to move and express as it wishes ~ will open the gateway for transformation, release, connection & profound new insights.​

What Can Happen During a Kundalini Activation Session ?
During a session you will experience whatever is for your highest awareness and evolution in that moment of time. Depending on you and your unique system - you may experience anything from a deep sense of relaxation to a full body cathartic release; a voyage through underworld or divine realms; a release of emotions or spontaneous body movement; a full-body orgasmic experience; or dissolving into the exquisite oneness of life.

WHY ATTEND A SESSION?

These Activations are not only about the experiences we have during a session ( though you can have very beautiful, insightful, mystical & impressive experiences ). What matters more are the shifts and changes that can happen in your life and your beingness after the activation, and in between sessions. Goddess energy moves us closer to who we truly are. As we raise our energy with every activation, certain habits, thoughts, beliefs, patterns or even relationships that do not match our heightened frequency will change or we simply don’t feel drawn to them anymore. If you let them this energy will upgrade and change your life. The surrendering to a more profound way of living and being is a part of the inner teaching :)

Kundalini Goddess Energy Activation is a very safe way of working with Kundalini energy. Because it is not about forceful activation, it is about Surrender. This beautiful energy is incredibly intelligent, wise and knowing ~ She wants you to live your highest expression & She will guide you & reveal to you only what you are ready to feel, see and release.​
If you know you carry a lot of unprocessed trauma or are struggling with your emotions or mental health however it would be much better for you to start with SOMATIC HEALING SESSIONS and do some ~ Sacred Excavation ~ work. My experience of Laura’s session was amazing and life changing for me. I became in touch with all of my chakras and I experienced this massive surge of energy through my body and out my head, so powerful that felt like I was going to org@sm!
