A session actually begins the moment you say YES to it and book, this sets your higher energies in motion. I then tune in to the quantum field, concecrating the session to the Goddess Kundalini for your highest wellbeing, & intuitively recieve guidance on curating a specialist musical playlist for you. Once you arrive in the online space via Zoom, Here's how a typical online Kundalini activation session for clients flows:
Welcome, Grounding & Blessing ( 5–10 mins )
Set your intention, settle and relax into the moment and your body with some sacred-somatic guidance, and i then create a short blessing ritual for you.
Energy Transmission ( 45–60 mins ) Lie down, relax, the music for your unique session and the energy transmission will begin, allow the energy to move through you.
You are invited to surrender fully to the process and simply allow whatever wishes to happen - to happen ( sounds, movements, energies, emotions, song, dance, mudras, shaking, vibrating, growling, laughing, spinal undulations, asanas, visions, inner journeys, deep space, meetings with beings/ ancestors & so on ). I shall be there fully present as your support throughout, helping to guide you through any sensations or blocks as needed.
Integration & Sharing ( 10–15 mins ) After the music finishes, there will be a space of silent integration for you to slowly drift on the energy & come back. We discuss your experience and ways to ground the energy into your life.
