In the depths of our being, there lies a mystical energy, a radiant force that beckons us towards inner transformation and profound connection. This energy, known in Eastern traditions as Kundalini, is often also described as the Divine Feminine or the Goddess within. It is a magnetic essence, drawing us deeper inward to discover the sacred wisdom that resides in every cell of our bodies.
What is Kundalini?
Kundalini, a term from ancient Sanskrit, means "coiled serpent." It refers to a primal energy located at the base of the spine; between the root and sacral chakras, or at the cervix - the doorway to the inner temple of the womb in women. When awakened, this energy rises through the chakras (energy centers) along the spine to the crown of the head, leading to the opening of ecstatic energetic states, heightened levels of consciousness, and a sense of inner union with the universe and all of natural creation.
