KUNDALINI (GODDESS) ENERGY ACTIVATIONS are an exquisite practice of deep surrender to the current of life-force energy that lives within you. Sometimes called inner dance - because of how the energy of Kundalni, Shakti may wish to dance you.
I will first guide you in some gentle Somatic practice - to help you connect into your body, nervous system and energy body. And then we will move into full, open surrender in the KUNDALINI GODDESS ENERGY ACTIVATION.
The activation will last around an hour, and there will be gentle space to slowly come back, and integrate and to share, if you wish.
